Okada Millions (8,000 PHP)

Flight E of Okada Millions drew the largest crowd yet of 310 entries with many of the past fallouts returning further boosted by an international contingent of Japanese, Koreans, and Europeans. Just under eight hours of play, Terry Gonzaga delivered the bubble, knocking out Chinese player Shi Shanbang and leaving the final 37 players to bag up. Gonzaga earned the sixth largest stack of the flight, and though commendable, it was a far distance from the leader Anacleto Quijano.

Quijano went on a tear during the seventh hour, railing multiple players and raking in pots in succession. One of his last pots was calling out Jasper David's bluff with three overcards to his small pocket pair. He bagged up a monstrous 853,000 stack to be the only player so far to overtake Flight A leader Christian Lortie Cloutier in the cumulative Day 2 counts.

Also making it through were Acharya Anant and Gary Guerrero, both players joining Ajay Abrol in bagging up multiple stacks.

The survivors have an overnight's rest and will return at 12pm tomorrow for the final race to the title. The prize pool is currently past PHP 10M setting a new record for this event. With registration still open for the final Flight G, we will have the official attendance and prize pool once they have been announced.

The cumulative entries at the end of this flight was 1168 with 139 players into the ITM round.

Two very aggressive players go at it starting with a raise from Gary Guerrero of 2500 that Hochung Song calls from the big blind. At the flop T♥ A♥ K♦ , Guerrero c-bets 3500, Song check-calls to take them to the turn 8♠ . Guerrero barrels again for 8500, this time Song check-raises 28,500, Guerrero flats. The board then completes 7♣ on the river. Song jumps out with a shove for 62,100, Guerrero tanks then eventually lets go of his hand.

Mei Hsuan Hu looks down at A♥ K♠ and raises 3000, the blinds call for a flop A♦ 4♦ Q♠ . Blinds check to Hu who bets 3000 for top pair, both blinds call again to see the turn 4♠ pair the board. Checked again to Hu and 12,000 is the bet. Junichi Murakami folds while Gary Guerrero goes all in. Hu is covered and calls it off anyway. Guerrero has J♥ 4♥ trips. With the river T♦ , Hu is eliminated and Guerrero strikes again.

Jason Feng kicks off the hand from under the gun for 2000 then calls the charging Gary Guerrero's 6000 three-bet. At the flop J♦ A♠ 4♠ , Feng checks, Guerrero takes the chance for 5000, Feng raises 12,000, and Guerrero flats. On the turn 6♦ , Feng leads out with a shove of 32,100 and it's enough to push out Guerrero.

Four players are in for 1200 preflop see the action light up on the flop 5♦ T♦ T♣ . Gary Guerrero bets 3000, Hochung Song calls, then small blind Jason Feng check-raises all in for 12,400. Action folds around to award Feng the pot.

Gary Guerrero continues to drive the action leading to the end of Roxanne Victorino. With 6300 built preflop, Guerrero check-calls a bet of 4000 from Victorino on a flop K♠ T♣ . On the turn 5♣ , Guerrero calls Victorino's shove of 19,000 and calls saying "donation!"

Upon showing, Victorino has A♥ A♠ set, Guerrero with K♣ Q♥ flush draw. The river 4♣ grants the club for Guerrero to burn the set of rockets.

Gary Guerrero is on his second bullet and quickly lay on the pressure with a 400 raise. Three players call to take them to the flop 3♠ Q♥ 6♦ . Three checks around to hijack Roxanne Victorino who bets 700 and two players make the call. No bets land on the turn A♥ for a free river 8♣ . Small blind Hochung Song decides to take the reins for 2000, Guerrero challenges for 6000, Victorino folds and Song follows behind after a bit of tanking.

Nakayama Nobuaki and Gary Guerrero remain in a pot that has grown to a large 4200 before the flop. Nakayama Nobuaki bets out 2500 on a board T♠ 3♣ 4♥ and Guerrero calls. The turn 5♦ sees another bet from Nobuaki of 6000 and Guerrero lets go of his hand.

Within minutes of the starting deal, Hochung Song puts the heat on with a 300 raise. Two players call for a flop 4♦ 3♣ Q♠ . Song continues for 700 and only Gary Guerrero tosses in the call then both check the turn 9♠ . On the river J♦ , Song resumes for 2200 and with that aggression, he wins the pot.
