Anacleto Quijano Bulldozes Into Overall Lead

Level 18: 3,000 / 6,000 ante: 6,000
Anacleto Quijano

Flight E of Okada Millions drew the largest crowd yet of 310 entries with many of the past fallouts returning further boosted by an international contingent of Japanese, Koreans, and Europeans. Just under eight hours of play, Terry Gonzaga delivered the bubble, knocking out Chinese player Shi Shanbang and leaving the final 37 players to bag up. Gonzaga earned the sixth largest stack of the flight, and though commendable, it was a far distance from the leader Anacleto Quijano.

Quijano went on a tear during the seventh hour, railing multiple players and raking in pots in succession. One of his last pots was calling out Jasper David's bluff with three overcards to his small pocket pair. He bagged up a monstrous 853,000 stack to be the only player so far to overtake Flight A leader Christian Lortie Cloutier in the cumulative Day 2 counts.

Also making it through were Acharya Anant and Gary Guerrero, both players joining Ajay Abrol in bagging up multiple stacks.

The survivors have an overnight's rest and will return at 12pm tomorrow for the final race to the title. The prize pool is currently past PHP 10M setting a new record for this event. With registration still open for the final Flight G, we will have the official attendance and prize pool once they have been announced.

The cumulative entries at the end of this flight was 1168 with 139 players into the ITM round.

Flight A: 202 entries / 24 ITM

Flight B: 171 entries / 21 ITM

Flight C: 263 entries / 31 ITM

Flight D: 222 entries / 26 ITM

No Bust At The Three-Way

Level 10: 600 / 1,200 ante: 1,200

Facing a raise of 2500 that's called by Claude Henoud, button Nicolas Santos re-raises 7000. Two spot over, big blind Ryan Tan goes all in for his last 3,100, and it's a four way to the flop with raiser and Henoud joining in.

With the flop 9ā™„ Jā™„ Kā™£ , it is checked to Santos who jams 32,000, this induces a fold while Henoud tanks then calls.

Claude Henoud Sends Two Down

Level 4: 200 / 400 ante: 400

Claude Henoud is now sitting on a massive stack of 114,600 and tells SMP he won it on a double bust. He opened 1400 with Aā™¦ Qā™¦ and three players called. At the flop Kā™¦ Jā™¦ 7ā™¦ , big blind Siripong Khamklang bet 4000 and everyone called to the turn 8ā™£ .

Small blind Jesse Solidum led out with a shove of 11,000, Khamklang followed suit with 14,000, Henoud covered both and called as Shi Shanbang folded.

Solidum had Ace-Jack and was drawing dead, Khamklang had King-Jack and could improve but missed on the river 4ā™  for Henoud's nut flush to ship it.
