Despite being seated at the same table as the massive chip leader Rindra Norodom, Daniel Charlton currently owns felt with a double up and three busts in near succession.

The rush starts with the elimination of Aleksei Zhukov whose A♦ Q♦ is outdrawn by Charlton's Q♥ T♣ on a running board of 9♦ 5♥ 7♦ T♥ 7♠

Immediately after, the next deal sees Charlton open 40,000 then button player Norodom three-bets 105,000. Charlton sends it back with a four-bet jam for 375,000, and Norodom snap-calls.

The clock shows several players busting including former WPT Prime Cambodia champion David Erquiaga, and while that happens there is a long hand taking place on table 10 which is the next to break.

Michael Allen raises to 30,000 first to act and Alf Martinsson three-bets to 90,000 in the next seat. Daniel Charlton is in the small blind and on a short stack, reluctantly folds, while Allen calls.

On the A♦ T♣ 4♣ flop, Allen check-calls for 50,000 and does so again for 100,000 on the K♦ turn. Allen also checks the 3♠ river and Martinsson bets 250,000 for more than half of his stack.

Welcome to Day 2 of the WPT Prime Cambodia Championship 2026

The 2026 WPT Prime Cambodia Championship enters Day 2 with 136 players returning to NagaWorld Phnom Penh for the next stage in the race. With a total of 1,095 entries across three flights, all of the qualifiers are now guaranteed a piece of the boosted USD 1,051,750 prize pool.

Entering at the helm is India's Armaan Kochhar with a towering 1,067,000 in chips, equivalent to 106 big blinds. At his heels is Dutch player Tom Verbruggen with 1,014,000 (101 big blinds) in chips. They are the only two players bringing in a stack in the seven digit range.
