The 9♣ completed the board on the river, and action got once more checked over to the Frenchman Priniotakis. He spent some time before deciding to not fire his remaining 151,000 and give up his hand. Yang tabled over T♦ 7♣ and his second pair won him the pot.

Kookchunantoine Priniotakis raised to 24,000 from under the gun and was called by Hongwei Yang on the button. Junjie He three-bet from the small blind to 85,000. Priniotakis snap-called. Yang thought for about two minutes and eventually called.

Priniotakis led out for 12,000. Yamaguchi called and He raised it to 24,000.

Priniotakis three-bet to 75,000. Yamaguchi stepped down and He called.

The turn came Q♠ and Priniotakis led out with 75,000. He tanked and then raised it to 225,000. Priniotakis made the call.

The river threw in a 2♥ . Both checked.

Yamguchi showed 9♠ 7♠ for a pair of sevens and a busted flush draw and He showed 7♣ 7♦ for a set of sevens to take down the huge pot and jump to the top of the chip leader board, overtkaing Abraham Ceesvin.

With around 40,000 chips in the middle, the flop dealt 6♦ A♠ 9♣ and Poseidon Ho checked from the big blind to Jason Chau, who led out for 14,000. Ho stuck around.

It went check-check on the 7♦ turn.

When the 5♥ came on the river, Ho fired out 30,000. It was good for the pot as Chau laid it down.

With play resuming today just after the money bubble burst yesterday, short stacks have been moving all-in left and right.

In this hand, Yu-Chien Kung shoved his last 12,000 from early position. It folded to Kenta Takahara in late position, who isolated with a raise to 35,000. Huu Phan, sitting on the button, then bumped it up to 75,000.

Takahara didn’t back down and moved all-in for around 400,000. Phan folded after a brief tank, and Kung now had a chance to triple up.
