APT Main Event (2,500,000 KRW)

After a relatively short bubble period in the 2025 APT Incheon Main Event, 191 players have locked up a payout and secured their spots in Day 3. While all will be guaranteed a min-cash, they'll have their minds focussed on claiming the lion's share of the impressive KRW 2.7BN prize pool.

Leading the field is Singapore’s Abraham Ceesvin, who finished Day 2 with an impressive 954,000 chips. Hot on Ceesvin’s heels is Japan’s Shuzo Sekine with 867,000 chips followed closely by his compatriot Kazuhiro Shirasawa with 792,000 who rounds out the top three.

Ceesvin has just under $800,000 in live earnings and three APT Main Event Final Tables on his resume, his best being a runner-up finish in APT Taipei Poker Classic 2024 Main Event.

Also sitting in the top ten and not too far behind the leaders is Tomoyuki Yoshimiya who picked up a monster pot late in the day against Haibo Yang.

British player and APT Taipei Zodiac Event winner, Jun Li, who has over $700,000 in live earnings is in the mix sitting in sixth spot with 673,000 chips.

Jian Han sits in fifth spot with 717,000 chips after picking up a massive pot when his kings held against Tattana Pengduen’s King-Queen.

American player Daniel Lee will be looking to take his lifetime earnings to over $1,000,000 and is sitting just outside the top ten spots in 12th place with 587,000 chips.

Uzbeki Valeriy Pak (472,000) who was one of the Main Event finalists in 2023 when the APT last visited Incheon. Former APT Incheon 2019 Main Event champion Dicky Tsang is still in the hunt with 175,000 chips along with Natural8 Ambassador Phachara Wongwichit who is still going strong with 230,000 chips. Poseidon Ho is still making waves and in the mix with 255,000 chips.

A special mention must go out to former APT head of live poker operations Lloyd Fontillas (463,000) who shows he can play as well as officiate.

Korea National Cup opening event winner Kevin Choi bagged up 544,000 chips along with his Hong Kong compatriot Jason Chau (537,000).

Start-of-day chip leader Chi Hsiang Chiu (400,000) has made it through to Day 3 along with Flight D frontrunner Dongying Ling (354,000).

All remaining players are guaranteed a minimum pay-out of KRW 3,760,000(~$2,700) but all will be eyeing up the first-place prize of KRW 483,700,000 (~$261,680).

Day 3 resumes at 11:15am local time and play will start at Level 18 through 10 levels or until the field is reduced to 48 players — whichever comes first.

With the bubble burst relatively quickly the remaining 191 players have now bagged up for the day.

All remaining players are guaranteed a minimum pay-out of KRW 3,760,000(~$2,700) but all will be eyeing up the first place prize of KRW 483,700,000(~$261,680).

On the direct bubble, Takumi Nakayama open-shoved from under the gun for 97,000. Daito Yamashita put in the call in the big blind.

It was a classic coinflip, and Nakayama still had a chance to score a double-up.

The dealer delivered a monochrome 8♣ T♣ 4♣ flop, no help for Nakayama and giving Yamashita a flush draw.

On the very next street, the deck answered who would be the bubble boy as another club 9♣ jumped in on the turn, leaving Nakayama drawing dead.

The K♦ came only to fill out the board and officially ship the pot Yamashita’s way.

It folded around to Jeremy Chan on the button, who opened with around 70,000 behind. Quan Cui in the small blind responded by moving all-in, easily covering Chan. After a brief pause, Chan made the call—putting his tournament life at risk just two eliminations away from the money.

The board ran out A♦ 8♣ 5♠ 9♦ 3♥, offering no help to the Malaysian pro. Chan became the penultimate player to leave empty-handed.

Abraham Ceesvin made it 10,300 to go from the hijack and Zhiying Zhou shoved the button for 94,000. Tae Hoon Han also moved all in with a covering stack from the small blind. Ceesvin stepped aside, leaving the female player's tournament life on the line.

Han was ahead with pocket aces and maintained the lead throughout the board of 7♦ 9♣ T♣ J♥ K♠, finishing Zhou’s Main Event run.

Ryuta Nakai raised to 14,000 from early position. Vladimir Munits called on the cut-off and big blind Ling Dongying defended.

The flop was dealt 4♣ 5♠ 9♠ . All three checked to open a 3♠ on the turn.

Dongying led for 20,000. Nakai called and Munits also matched to see a K♠ on the river.

Dongying peeled open Q♥ 9♦ for a pair of nines Nakai showed 7♠ 7♥ for a flush. and Munits peeled over A♥ 6♠ also for a flush, but lost by a point to Nakai, who took down the pot.

Ryohei Shibuya shoved all in for 20,000 in the cutoff and Abraham Ceesvin dropped in the call on the button to put the Japanese player at risk.

Shibuya didn’t received any help from the board of 3♦ 2♣ J♠ 8♥ Q♠, sending him out of the field and adding more ammunition to Ceesvin’s stack.

Yuki Sakai opened for 12,000 on the button and Shizuka Iwata defended her big blind.

The flop was dealt 4♣ 7♠ A♥. Iwata check-called the 9,000 bet of Sakai to open a Q♥ on the turn.

Both checked to open the A♣ river.

Iwata fired 45,000 and Sakai decided to surrender.

Ryuta Nakai opened to 12,000 and Valdimir Munits three-bet to 30,000. Nakai called.

Both players were dealt a flop of 2♣ K♥ K♣ . Nakai check-called the 45,000 bet of Munits to open a K♠ on the turn. Both checked and a 2♥ came on the river.

Nakai led out for 70,000. Munits called.

Nakai played the board while Munits had a better full house with the hidden tens.

Haibo Yang raised from early position to 14,000 only to face a three-bet to 42,000 from Tomoyuki Yoshimiya on the button, Yang called and the players saw the flop of 3♦ 6♦ 4♦ come. Yang checked and Yoshimiya continued for 36,000, Yang called.

The turn brought the T♣ and again Yang checked. Yoshimiya now cranked it up and bet out for 75,000. Yang went into the tank and called.

The river saw the Q♠ come and yet again Yang checked. Yoshimiya piled the pressure on again and bet out for 125,000 this time. Yang pushed out his remaining two time banks and the dealer pulled both of these in and with the clock showing two seconds remaining Yang released his hand and the huge pot was pushed Yoshimiya's way with no showdown.

Zhang Yankai limped for 6,000, leaving 1,000 behind. Ling Dongying raised to 12,000 and Ryuta Nakai called on the small blind. Yankai threw his last chip and was all-in for all his 7,000.

The flop came 6♦ 2♥ 4♦ . Nakai led for 10,000 and Dongying matched to open a 6♠ on the turn. Both checked to open a K♣ on the river and both checked again.

Nakai took down both the main pot and side pot and eliminated Yankai.

Nakai check-called the 10,000 bet of Yankai. The turn showed 3♥ and Nakai checked to Yankai, who fired 20,000. Nakai made the call.

The river showed K♦ and Nakai checked it to Yankai who fired 40,000, leaving only 13,000 behind. Nakai made the call.

Nakai showed two-pair to crack the aces of Yankai and leave him with crumbs

Tin Long Cheng raised to 12,000 from middle position and was joined by Zhentao Long defending from the big blind.

Long checked the 9♣ 8♥ 5♣ flop. When Cheng continued for a further 12,000, Long moved all in for his entire ~300,000 stack. Cheng mulled it over for a moment before ultimately letting the hand go.

Mingjie Zhang moved all in for around 45,000 in the small blind, called only by N-Rak Lerthphokhanon in the big, covering by around 4:1. They tabled their hands:

It was looking good for Lerthphokhanon's sixes during the K♠ 3♣ 2♠ 7♦ runout, but when the 8♠ landed on the river Zhang's eights cracked N-Rak's stack, putting him on track for a potential comeback.

Action was joined with the flop reading T♦ 3♦ 8♣ and the pot already swelled. Action was checked to Takumi Nakayama in the big blind who bet out for 15,000 and was called by Kornkrit Chaveewanitkun who was under the gun and Chzhen Evgenii in the cut-off.

All players checked the J♠ which came on the turn and the dealer rolled off the 5♣ for the river.

Nakayama checked and Chaveewanitkun fired out a 55,000 river bet. Evgenii went into the tank and handed over two time banks before announcing a call. Nakayama folded and Evgenii was disgusted to see Chaveewanitkun flip over 5♦ 5♥ for a rivered set.

203 players remain and will have a short break. Day 2 will end when the money bubble bursts and the remaining 191 survivors advance to Day 3.

With the money bubble looming, the big stacks have started turning up the heat. In this hand, it folded around to Selim Oulmekki on the button, who opened the action. Xiaqing Ji, seated in the small blind, responded with a three-bet to 35,000. Oulmekki made the call to see a flop.

The dealer spread a board of Q♣ 5♦ 4♥, and Ji continued with a down-sized c-bet of 16,000. Oulmekki came along.

The turn brought the J♥, and Ji kept the pressure on, firing 35,000 into the middle. This second barrel was enough to push Oulmekki out of the pot, as Ji chipped up without showdown—textbook bubble play.

Takashi Yagura raised to 10,000 from early position. Yuma Hamamura made the call on the cut-off.

Both players were given a flop of T♠ 7♣ J♠

Yagura fired 12,000 and Hamamura called. The turn showed a 7♠ Yagura double-barrelled for 27,000 and Hamamura surrendered.

The hand kicked off with an early-position open from Tsan Li. Jinqi Wang flatted from middle position, before Jian Han applied pressure with a squeeze to 36,000. Tattana Pengduen on the button cold-called the three-bet, and Li came along as well, sending four players to the flop.

The dealer fanned out Q♣ J♣ 6♠, and after it was checked around to Pengduen, the Thai player put out a sizable bet of 62,000. Li folded quickly, but Wang went deep into the tank.

After nearly a minute of thought, Wang shoved all-in, barely covering Pengduen's remaining stack of 280,000. Pengduen made the call, setting up one of the biggest pots of the tournament so far.

Great spot for Han to scoop a massive pot. The T♦ on the turn gave some hope for chop out for the Thai player, but the 5♦ on the river sealed his fate.

Nan Zhao raised to 10,500 on the button but was three-bet shoved to around 62,000 by small blind Jin Wang after using a time bank. Zhao eventually made the call:

The 9♥ A♥ 7♠ flop instantly put Wang out in front, the 6♠ turn changed little and the Q♣ river improved Wang to two-pair, securing the double through Zhao.

Tae Hoon Han made it to go from the cutoff and Naoki Hase three-bet to 25,000. Han called.

On the J♦ 5♦ T♥ flop, Han check-called a bet of 30,000 from Hase.

Both players opted to check on the Q♦ turn. When the K♦ hit on the river, it went check-check again.

Han tabled A♣ Q♣ for a turned pair of queens and it was good for the pot.

Zhai Changyu opened to 10,000 from UTG+2 and Takashi Yagura called on the button.

Flop arrived 4♣ J♠ 5♥ . Changyu led for 8,000 and Yagura called.

The turn showed 4♠ and Changyu led for 19,000, forcing Yagura to give up.

Zhiying Zhou raised to 10,000 from the button and was called by Naoki Hase in the big blind.

The flop came Q♣ 9♥ 7♥ and Hase check-called Zhou's 10,000 continuation bet and the players saw the K♣ drop on the turn. Hase checked again and Zhou now bet out for 30,000, Hase called.

The river brought the 9♠ and Hase knuckled the table again. Zhou again bet 30,000 and after a short while Hase folded and the pot was shipped to Zhou with no showdown.

Dicky Tsang opened to 10,000 from under the gun. Jangdeok Ko called on the cut-off.

Both players saw a flop of 6♠ 5♥ 5♠ Both checked.

The turn came 2♦. Both checked again to open a Q♠ on the river. Tsang fired 10,000 and Ko folded.

Tomoyuki Yoshimiya opened to 10,000 from the cut-off and Jandeok Ko called on the small blind.

Both were shown a flop of T♥ 8♥ 6♠ . Both checked to see a 8♦ turn. Both checked again to see a 7♠ river.

Both checked again. Ko flipped over A♦ J♦ for an ace-high, which was enough to win the pot.

Tsan Li raised from early position to 11,500 and action folded around to Katsunori Takeuchi in the big blind who made the call.

The players saw the flop of T♠ 9♦ J♣ come and Takeuchi check-called Li's 17,000 continuation bet. The 9♠ came on the turn and the action went check-check for the dealer to peel off the 5♦ on the river.

Li check snap-called Takeuchi's 35,000 river bet and tabled Q♦ Q♠ which was crushed by Takeuchi's T♣ 9♣ for a turned full house.

Cheng Chen raised to 10,000 from the button, then faced a 40,000 three-bet from Hang Xu in the big blind; Chen then four-bet to 100,000 which Xu called.

Xu checked the 4♣ A♦ 5♦ flop and Chen stuck the remainder of his stack in the middle, around 130,000. Xu thought on it for a moment before ultimately tossing in for the call:

Xu was ahead and when the A♦ came on the turn, he looked certain to knock out Chen. The J♦ came on the river and Chen began to celebrate - assuming he'd won with a flush - but was then notified that Xu had made a full house and that his tournament run was over.

Chak Hei Chan limped in from the small blind and Eisuke Katsuren checked from the big blind.

On the flop of Q♠ 6♦ Q♥, Chan bet 5,000 and Katsuren came along.

It went check-check on the 3♣ turn. After the 7♣ filled out the board, Chan sent a bet of 7,000, which was enough to receive a fold from Katsuren.

The action was picked up on the turn with a board reading Q♠ 8♠ 8♣ A♦ and 27,500 chips in the middle.

Kouki Okumiya checked from the big blind and Yeow Chung Chong bet 9,000 on the button. Okumiya stuck around.

When the K♠ filled out the board, Okumiya checked over again. Chong fired another barrel of 31,000, sending Okumiya into the tank. After mulling it over, the Japanese responded with a fold.

Misaki Tominaga moved all in from late position for around 50,000, and was called by Akira Takashima in the small blind:

The turn showed a 3♥. Haibo fired 23,000 and Ishino raised to 75,000. Haibo called.

The river came 8♣. Haibo checked and Ishino fired all-in for 118,000. Haibo called.

Both players flopped a set, but Haibo took it down, eliminating Ishino.

Xiaohua Fu raised from under the gun to 9,000 and action folded around to Lloyd Fontillas in the cut-off who made the call.

The dealer fanned out the flop of K♣ K♥ 3♣, and Fu continued for 9,000, Fontillas called.

The turn saw the 4♠ come and now Fu checked to Fontillas who took a stab at the pot and fired out for 16,000. Fu called and both players checked the 8♥ which came on the river. Fu tabled A♠ J♣ for ace-high and Fontillas mucked his cards saying 'Nice hand' as he did so as the pot was pushed to Fu.

Takashi Yagura opened to 8,000 fro the cut-off and Dicky Tsang three-bet to 18,000 on the button. Yagura called.

Both were shown a flop of 7♣ J♥ 4♥ Yagura checked. Dicky Tsang fired 14,500 and Yagura surrendered.

The hand began with Yuji Watanabe raising to 8,000 from middle position, picking up calls from both players in the blinds.

The dealer spread a flop of A♣ Q♥ 9♠, and after both blinds checked, Watanabe continued with a small c-bet. Only Seung Park in the small blind came along.

The 7♠ hit the turn, and Watanabe fired again—this time for 20,000. Park called once more to see a river.

The 4♣ completed the board, and Park decided to turn the tables by leading out for a sizable 45,000. Watanabe didn’t need much time to toss in a chip for the call. Park mucked his hand, and Watanabe dragged in the pot without needing to show his cards.

Kanto Ishino opened to 8,000 from UTG+3. Small blind Yang Haibo matched.

Both players were given a flop of T♦ J♥ 8♦ . Haibo checked and Ishino fired 10,000, inducng a fold from Haibo.

Action folded to Hon Lee on the button who raised to 8,000 and was looked up by Shinya Fukotomi in the big blind.

The flop came T♠ 5♦ 6♠ and both players checked. Fukotomi checked dark before the A♠ peeled off on the turn and called Lee's 11,000 delayed continuation bet.

Fukotomi again checked dark on the 7♠ river and Lee bet out for 40,000 leaving himself just 3,000 behind. Fukotomi moved all-in and after thinking for a while Lee folded. Fukotomi flashed the K♠ to give Lee some relief.

The hand began with a middle-position open to 8,000 by Japanese player Keigo Kotani, and four players behind him came along to see a flop.

The dealer fanned out T♦ 3♣ 3♠, and action checked to How Yee in the small blind, who led out for 5,000 into four opponents. The big blind got out of the way, but the other three called.

The turn brought the 2♦, and Yee continued his aggression with a bet of 15,000. Kotani let his hand go, but both Dongying Ling and Matsuzawa Masaru stuck around.

The 8♦ completed the board on the river, and Yee led out once again—this time for a small sizing of 5,000. That wasn’t enough for Ling, who bumped it up to 25,000. Masaru surprisingly made the call, and Yee tossed in the remaining 20,000 chips to call as well.

Ling turned over K♦ Q♦ for the king-high flush, which was enough to scoop the sizable pot.

The dealer quickly announced the end of Xin’s tournament run by delivering a clean board K♠ 3♣ 8♣ 4♠ 5♠.

Chak Hei Chan raised to 8,000 from under the gun and Quang Dinh Do called on the button.

Chan continued for 8,000 on the 9♦ K♣ T♦ flop, and Do stuck around.

When the 3♣ hit on the turn, Chan checked to Do, who then jammed for 153,000. Chan check-called to put his opponent at risk.

Do was far ahead with his pocket aces while Do held an open-ended straight draw.

The deck quickly showed 2♠ on the river, shipping the pot Chan’s way.

Kento Nasu raised to 8,000 from middle position and was called by Jonathan Lee on the button. Shimpei Suganuma then three-bet shoved for 60,000 from the small blind, leading to Nasu re-shoving for 160,000. Lee folded.

Suganuma was looking good after the dealer spread the 3♣ 5♦ 2♥ flop, but rose from his seat once the dealer flipped over the A♥ on the turn. The K♥ sealed Suganuma's fate and eliminated him, whilst giving Nasu a healthy boost to their stack.

Ko Hyo Joon shoved all-in for 41,500 from under the gun and Jangdeok Ko made the call on the button.

Ko spiked trips on the flop and cracked the queens, sending Joon to the rail.

Tin Long Cheng raised to 8,000 from middle position and Shunichi Okamoto defended his big blind.

On the 6♣ 8♥ 9♦ flop, Okamoto checked to Cheng, who made a continuation-bet of 5,000. Okamoto stuck around.

Both players checked through the A♥ turn to 3♣ river, where Okamoto fired 5,000. Cheng cranked it up to 21,000, which was good for the pot as Okamoto mucked.

Wu Qian opened to 8,000 from UTG+2 and Zhai Changyu defended.

The flop arrived 4♥ 2♠ T♥ and both checked to see a J♠ turn. Both checked again to see a 9♠ river.

Both checked again. Changyu showed Q♥ T♦ for a pair of tens and Qian mucked.

Edmond Chim opened to 8,000 from under the gun and was called by Xiucheng Li from the big blind.

Li check-called Chim's 8,000 continuation-bet following the 9♥ A♣ T♣ flop.

Action slowed throughout the rest of the 6♠ J♠ runout, and Li flipped over 9♣ 5♣ for middle pair, whilst Chim was holding Q♠ Q♣ and took down the modest pot.

Action folded to Yutaka Toyotaka in late position who raised to 8,000 and found a call from Kuroda Kiyoto in the cut-off. Kurtz Donald on the button then came over the top and moved all-in for 36,500.

Toyotaka moved all-in for 38,500 and Kiyoto called.

A pretty door card for Donald on the Q♠ 4♦ 3♦ flop to rocket him into the lead and leave Toyotaka needing a miracle to stay alive. No help on the 8♣ turn and when the river bricked out with the 7♦ Toyotaka was sent to the rail and Donald pushed the pot for a healthy treble-up.

Xiao Sinuo made it 8,000 to go from the hijack, only to face a shove for 84,500 from Yan Zhang in the cutoff. Sinuo made the call.

Zhang was on the edge of elimination on the flop of 5♥ 6♠ T♥.

The dealer delivered a 9♦ on the turn, giving Zhang a gutshot.

However, the deck didn’t fulfill his wish and revealed a 7♠ to complete the board, sending Zhang out of the field.

Zhao Yao opened to 6,500 from under the gun and Germaine Chow Jia Min defended the big blind.

The flop arrived T♥ 2♠ 5♥. Min tapped her option to Yao, who continued for 5,000. Min called to open a 6♣ on the turn.

Both checked to see a 2♥ on the river. Both checked again.

Min turned over 6♦ 4♦ for a pair of sixes to take down the pot.

Yunchao Yu opened the action from late position and was called by both blinds. The flop came Q♥ 4♠ 3♥ and after it was checked to him, Yu fired a continuation bet of 11,000. Only Ledong Zhou in the big blind made the call.

The K♠ landed on the turn, and Yu kept up the pressure with a bet of 25,000. Zhou thought it over but ultimately made the call once again.

The river brought the A♥ and this time both players opted to check.

Zhou tabled Q♠ J♦ for second pair, but Yu had improved to top pair with A♠ T♥, taking down the pot.

Lloyd Fontillas opened to 6,000 from UTG+2. Cutoff Takashi Yagura matched and Zhao Yao defended the big blind.

The three were given a flop of T♣ 2♥ 7♥. All checked to see a 4♥ on the turn.

Yao checked Fontillas bet 4,000. Yagura. called and Yao called. The river came J♠

All checked. Yao flipped over 7♣ 4♣ for two-pair while everyone else mucked.

The hand began with Yun Choi opening to 6,000 from early position, picking up three callers along the way.

The river brought the non-heart Q♦, and Choi checked once more. Zhao responded with a sizeable bet of 50,000, which was enough to convince Choi to lay it down.

Van Tuan Pham raised to 6,000 from middle position and was three-bet to 18,000 by Aleksey Li on the button, which Pham called.

Pham check-called a 15,000 bet from Li following the 9♥ K♥ Q♥ flop.

Action repeated on the 5♦ turn, this time for 35,000.

Both players checked through the 2♦ river and each flipped over ace-queen offsuit, resulting in a chopped pot.

Bandi Byambajav opened to 6,000 from UTG +1. Hsu Chia Wen on the button and big blind Miki Shiraishi matched.

The three were given a flop of 9♦ 8♦ 2♦

Shiraishi checked. Byambajav fired 11,000. Wen stepped down and Shiraishi continued.

The turn came 8♠. Shiraishi fired 16,000. Byambajav tanked and then raised to 45,000. This time, Shiraishi tanked before making the call.

The river showed a 6♦. Shiraishi checked and Byambajav checked behind.

Shiraishi showed A♦ 9♥ for the nut flush while Byambajav showed A♣ J♦ for a jack-high flush.

Shiraishi scooped the huge pot.

Dicky Tsang opened the button to 6,000, only to be jammed by Ziwen Liu from the small blind for around 40,000. Tsang snap-called to put his opponent at risk.

It’s a classic coinflip, and Liu held the lead. The dealer quickly delivered a flop of 3♦ K♦ J♦, improving Tsang to top pair of kings and giving Liu a backdoor flush draw.

The deck turned its way towards Liu instead as it brought a runout of 2♦ 4♦, completing Liu’s flush and shipping a double-up his way

Miki Shiraishi opened for 6,000 and Xu Yue jammed for his last 14,700. Shiraishi matched.

Mingyang Na opened the action from early position, and Kozo Yamada defended his big blind. The flop came down T♠ 9♦ 2♣, and after Yamada checked, Na continued with a bet of 6,000. Yamada responded with a raise to 18,500, only for Na to come back over the top with a three-bet to 35,000. Without much hesitation, Yamada moved all-in, covering Na's remaining 78,400 chips. Na made the call, and the cards were tabled.

Germaine Chow Jia Min raised to 15,000 from UTG+2. Xu Yue jammed all-in from the cut-off for 70,500. Min called and put her remaining chips at risk.

On the flop of 2♣ Q♠ Q♣, Miyazaki checked to Lertphokhanon, who continued with a bet of 7,000. Only Miyazaki dropped in the call.

The two checked through the runout of 8♠ 4♦.

Miyazaki tabled 6♣ 4♣ for a rivered pair of fours and it was good for the pot as Lertphokhanon flipped over A♥ K♥

Takashi Yagura opened to 6,500 and Lloyd Fontillas three-bet to 17,000. Yagura moved all-in for 66,100 and Fontillas matched.

Wen led for 10,500 and took down the pot.

Chi Zhang raised to 6,000 from early position and Charlie Chiu called from middle position.

On the monochrome flop of T♦ 2♦ A♦, Zhang continued with a bet of 4,000 and Chiu called.

Both players checked through a runout of J♦ 4♣ and took to a free showdown.

Zhang turned over K♣ Q♠ for a Broadway to take down the pot as Chiu laid it down.

Ka Chuen Yip moved all in from early position and was called by Valeriy Pak in middle position.

Xu check-called a bet of 5,500 from Kim on the K♥ 9♠ T♣ flop to the 7♣ turn, where it went check-check.

The board-pairing 7♥ hit on the river, and both players checked to a free showdown.

Xu revealed Q♣ 5♥ and it wasn’t enough facing off against Kim’s A♥ 5♠.

Chang Liu raised to 6,000 from middle position and was called by Wei Zhu in the hijack. Siqi Lian three-bet to 20,000 on the button and was called by both players.

The 5♥ 4♥ 4♣ flop was checked by Liu and Zhu, and Lian bet out 25,000. Liu folded and Zhu re-raised to 60,000.

Lian burned a timebank before eventually sliding her cards into the muck.

Action folded around to Shinya Maeda in late position who moved all-in for his last 19,300 and it was folded to Sparrow Cheung who moved all-in over the top from the small blind. Xicheung Li snap-folded from the big blind.

The flop of 2♠ Q♥ T♣ gave Maeda some hope and the J♠ on the turn gave him additional outs but when the Q♠ fell on the river Cheung's kings held and Maeda was sent to the rail.

Lloyd Fontillas opened to 5,000 from the cutoff. Tomoya Hasegawa three-bet to 15,000 on the button. Big blind Takashi Yagura jammed all-in for 43,000.

Fontillas stepped down. Hasegawa tanked, but eventually mucked.

On the monochrome flop of A♠ 5♠ 6♠, Nagasaka sent a bet of 2,400 and Miyazaki stuck around.

Nagasaka sent another barrel of 10,000 on the turn, and Miyazaki made the call.

The river carried out a K♦, and Nagasaka fired again, this time 25,000. Miyazaki then cranked it up to 70,000. Nagasaka tossed his cards into the muck after thinking for a while.

The action was picked up on the turn with a board reading K♠ T♦ J♠ 6♣ and around 15,000 in the middle. Mingjie Zhang checked it over in the big blind, and Ito Akira bet 9,000 on the button. Zhang stuck around.

When the river revealed a 2♠, Zhang check-called to another bet of 22,000 from Akira.

Zhang tabled J♦ 9♠ for a flopped pair of jacks to overcome Q♦ 4♦ from Akira.

Zhao Yao opened to 5,000 on the hi-jack and Genji Kawami shoved all-in for 27,400 in the small blind.

Yao tanked before finally calling.

Although dominated, Yao still made a four-card flush on the river and sent Kawami to the rail.

We picked up the action on the turn, where Zu Wang, in middle position, bet 31,000 into a pot of roughly 60,000. Chung Ho, sitting in the small blind, made the call.

The river completed the board: J♠ J♣ 4♥ 9♦ 9♠. After a check from Ho, Wang fired a hefty bet of 105,000. Ho took a brief pause before committing to the call—only to be shown the bad news as Wang tabled J♥ 9♥ for the nut full house.

A tough blow for Ho, while Wang climbs into the ranks of the chip leaders.
