Australian player Dylan Foster is having a spectacular run this year having come close to victory in Manila and now a title at the most expensive event on the ZSOP menu, the Zodiac Dragon Super High Roller. The event attracted a star studded field of 67 runners, each one forking out the NTD 80,000 (~US$ 2,435) buy in for a prize pool of NTD (~US$ 146,435). Among the finalists were Charlie Chiu, Hugues Girard, Konstantin Held, John Perry, and South Korean star Yohwan Lim who settled for second place.
For his victory, Foster claimed the one-of-a-kind Dragon trophy along with a payout of NTD 1,457,300 (~US$ 44,375). If Foster continues to run hot, he may well reach a million USD in live winnings before the middle of the year.
