On his third table of the day, Sangjik Lee took on Geunpil Go and checked the 7♠ 6♠ 2♠ Q♥ turn. Go bet 4,300 only to get check-raised to 10,300 total. That sent Go into the tank and he eventually ended up folding, dropping to fewer than half the starting stack.

On a heads-up turn of K♥ 7♣ 4♣ T♥ , Sangjik Lee invested another 3,000 to earn a call and then both players checked the 6♣ on the river. Lee tabled his 7♥ 7♠ and the set was good enough to win the pot.

In a heads-up pot to the Q♥ 7♣ 3♦ T♠ turn, Sangjik Lee called a bet worth 1,000 and they both checked the 7♦ on the river. Lee was shown ace-jack for a missed gutshot and won the pot with the J♦ T♥ for tens and sevens, finally earning back some of the chips he had lost early on.

Hwangbae Kim bet the 5♦ 4♥ 2♠ turn for 700 and Sangjik Lee called. Kim bet the Q♥ turn for 1,000 and called a raise to 3,000, then checked the A♠ river. Lee checked behind and mucked when he was shown A♣ 5♥ for two pair.

In a single-raised pot, the K♠ 3♠ 2♥ flop was checked and Sangjik Lee bet the Q♦ turn for 600, which Gyungmin Lee called. The former bet the 8♣ river for 1,200 and was ready to turn over his cards when he got raised to 2,400. He then reraised to 5,400 after staring closely at the board and fellow name sake Lee called.

Sangjik Lee tabled A♦ A♣ but the Q♣ 8♦ of his opponent had back-doored two pair.
