Action folded to Zhifan Ye on the hi-jack, who fired out 4,000. Chi Yu Chen made the call on the button and everyone elses folded, leaving just two players to see a 9♥ turn.

Ye bet out 11,000. Chen thought about it, then just splashed 25,000 into the pot. Ye folded almost immediately.

After an early-position limper and an open of 600 by Chi Chen made Vincent Rubianes it 2,000 to go. Chen called and it went heads-up to the K♣ 9♠ 7♦ . Action was on Rubianes who put out a 2,200 bet. Chen called once more.

The turn was the T♦ and both players elected to check.

The J♥ was the river and Chen took his chance to put out a bet himself. His 3,000 was enough to make Rubianes fold.

Vincent Rubianes raised to 300. Hiroya Iwamoto re-raised to 1,000. Chi Yu Chen liked his cards so much that he made it 3,100.

Rubianes and Iwamoto surrendered to give Chen an easy flopless scoop.
